QR Forge

By downloading, installing, or using QR Forge (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and BigDevelop (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use QR Forge on any Apple device that you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

When using QR Forge, you agree to:

• Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the App to create QR codes that link to illegal, harmful, or malicious content
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not use the App for any purpose that could damage, disable, or impair the App
• Not redistribute or resell the App itself

You are solely responsible for the content you encode into QR codes using the App. This includes, but is not limited to:

• URLs and web links
• Text messages and information
• WiFi network credentials
• Contact information and vCards
• Phone numbers and email addresses

We do not monitor, review, or have access to the content you encode. You are responsible for ensuring that your QR code content does not violate any laws, infringe on third-party rights, or contain harmful or misleading information.

The App, including its design, code, graphics, user interface, and all related intellectual property, is owned by BigDevelop and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

QR Forge is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that QR codes generated will be scannable by all QR code readers
• Warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of QR code output

Scannability of QR codes may vary depending on factors such as color contrast, size, error correction level, print quality, and the scanning device used. We recommend testing your QR codes before distributing them.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BigDevelop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the App. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the App (which is zero, as the App is free).

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the jurisdiction in which BigDevelop operates.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
