Andrew founded BigDevelop in 2017 after six years running retail stores and their P&L, and built it around one idea: the engineers who scope the work should be the ones who build it, inside the client's business. Since 2016 he has shipped more than 35 apps, AI agents and automations, and he still sets the standard every BigDevelop engagement follows.

From the sales floor to the stack
Andrew spent six years in health and wellness retail, working his way up to running multiple stores and their P&L. That is where he learned how businesses really make money, and where they lose it: slow processes, outdated tools and customers slipping through the cracks.
In 2016 he started building software to fix exactly those problems, and in 2017 founded BigDevelop to do it for other companies. Today the firm builds AI agents that answer live customer calls, custom platforms and marketplaces, mobile apps, payment systems and the automations that tie them together, alongside health-tech and accessibility products of its own.
The through-line is taking analog businesses digital. Many great companies still run on paper, word of mouth and a phone that never stops ringing. BigDevelop brings them new customers through advertising, marketing and a strong online presence, then builds the systems that handle the growth: payments, scheduling, AI phone agents and dashboards.

Health and wellness retail
Six years at a national health and wellness retailer, from sales associate to market manager running multiple stores and their P&L. That is where he learned how a business actually runs, and how to earn the trust of the people running it.
