Yes! IntervalPro supports background audio, so the timer and audio cues will continue working even when your phone is locked or you're using another app. Make sure your device is not in Silent mode.
IntervalPro provides distinct sounds for work start, rest start, round completion, and workout completion. The audio cues are designed to be clear and distinguishable during intense workouts.
No. IntervalPro works completely offline and does not collect or transmit any data. All your timer presets and workout history are stored locally on your device.
